Nice shop with helpful and friendly staff.situated on ground floor of Pavilions Shopping Centre.With easy wheelchair access.The Company has a number of branches strategically located throughout London and many other English Towns. So you are never too far away from a store. The company sell,buy and exchange everything to do with computers e.g; Laptops,P.Cs, Mobile Phones, Cameras, Music Equipment, Game Consoles, Apple iPhone and iPad, Tablets etc. If you enjoy watching films or playing games. Then this is the store for you. The ground floor and two of the walls are full of DVDS, Blue Ray and Video Game Discs. All items are very competitively priced. I love old DVD films and I can always find time to read through their very impressive collection . Also if your electronic equipment needs repair then look no further.

First time using these to sell an old phone. The staff were very helpful but offered me one price then when they tested it even though it passed they changed the price to a lower one because of a mark left by the case. Tbh, they were maybe right, but i felt they should not have offered the price until they did all the checks. Especially as my phone came with new official screen and all accessories and box. No damage at all that i could see.

This is a review of the Uxbridge store and not the company themselves. The staff are unprofessional and will whisper in each others ears in front of you. Staff are not trained properly and are all “pally pally” with each other. I’ve had four items taken in there and every time they had a stupid reason/ any excuse to not take your item and then ignore you or laugh you out of the door. Overall I’ve had nothing but a frustrating time with this store.

Some great cheap games, MASSIVE selection, if you need cheap games, come here, they also now have consoles and even mobile phones! They even take bitcoin!

A good selection of Playstation 1 , 2 and 3 games. Vita and PSP available. Small but in nice condition GameCube games. A good place to check if you like retro consoles.

This CEX has a good selection in most of the consoles and no bad prices in most of them. But some of the employees in this one are really rude, you ask them to give you good quality in some things and they get annoyed, at the end of the day is their job and we’re the ones paying for things in good state.
